Within that simplicity , I use it to focus on elevating the client experience from start to finish. I specialize in Loc maintenance and styling as well as razor work. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I totally get it! Communication is the most important to me. Please notify me or cancel/rebook 24 hours or more before your appointment. Canceled appointments will be charged 25% of the service fee if they are canceled within 24 hours of your service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service costs.
There is an allotted 10 minute grace period, please communicate if you will be late so we can figure out a game plan. Clients more than 10 minutes late will be canceled unless I have communicated otherwise with you.
